Since this property is on continental land, it has a registered deed of property. The property has a total of about 27 Hectares (270.000 m²) most of which consist of pastures.
It also has an antique cocoa plantation, part of a primary forest, and there is also a banana plantation, but, most important is the spectacular views it enjoys from the higher part over the Bay of Chiriquí (always with calm waters).
It is very near Loma Partida passage, which connects Bahía del Almirante with Bahía Chiriquí. It is also very near the new road being built as a side road off the main road from Almirante to Chiriquí Grande and Panama.
