It is an immense virgin property accessible by river, up Banano River on a perfect excursion: there are huge mangroves at the mouth of the river and its lower part, great “sangrillo” trees with cone shaped, twisted trunks along the second part of the river, and finally pastures for cattle along the third part. The trip is very spectacular and scenic and reminds one of the Everglades in Florida (without the crocodiles, of course).
Due to the great abundance of fresh water it can also be considered as a rice growing property.
