It is a virgin property located south of Isla Popa, facing a beautiful channel which separates it from the small island of Loma Partida. It is therefore very close to the town and facilities of Loma Partida and Punta Laurel, two of the natural passages which communicate Bahía del Almirante with Chiriquí Bay.
It has a surface of about 100 Hectares and over 1 Km of coast line facing both bays, it has luxuriant native vegetation and many palm trees are now being planted.
The coast is covered with an extensive mangrove which can be crossed to reach land by means of a canal-dock specifically built for this purpose.
