The same as properties 19 and 34, it is located on the Laguna de Bocatorito ( or Dolphin Lagoon, due to the abundance of these animals), but more toward the inside of the Bay, specifically it is Southwest of property 19, in a small gulf on the Southeast coast of the island of San Cristobal.
The property has a total of 41.5 Hectare, with a coast line of approximately 400 meters, it extends Northeast with a total length of about 1400 meters and a width of approximately 300 meters.
It is planted with the typical vegetation of the area, basically indigenous lumber, palms and various fruit trees. The property covers several hills with nice panoramic views.
