It is formed by a group of 4 properties by Marina de Bastimentos National Park (but outside of it). This property is ideal for development and subdivision into lots since it is long and narrow.
It also is considerably elevated providing excellent views on Bahia del Almirante and the nearby islands. It has about 3 Km of coast line with clean waters.
It is rich in forest resources since lumber trees have been preserved and a great amount of coconut palms have been planted. It is easy to subdivide into lots which would all enjoy ocean views and good communication to Bocas and other places through permanently calm waters.
The distance to the city and the airport is about 10 or 11 Km. and one can go either by Bahia del Almirante or by Bahia Honda.
