Formed by Jutica property and neighboring nș 10, this property is next to large teak plantations and is made up in part of primal forest with prairies and pasture for cattle and horses, it has an antique wood residence and a dock (currently under construction).
It has abundant fresh water and spectacular vegetation with all kinds of species. A path leaves from the north side, which crosses the island of Bastimentos and after a beautiful hike reaches nearby Playa Larga, on the north side of the island, with golden beaches, spectacular vegetation and blue waters. Large waves sometimes form here and also turtles come to lay their eggs.
