It is a great property with a total of 80 Hectares, counting the original property plus later additions and purchases, and also small islands. It has various uses, either for forestry, agriculture or tourism. It is located on the eastern part of the island of San Cristobal, in a place known as Bocatorito, and directly in front of Bahía de los Delfines, so called because these animals are frequently seen there.
About 20.000 teaks are planted there, and rice, corn and coconut palms are also grown, and it also has pastures for cattle.
Its coast with mangroves and high hills has a great number of small coves and is extraordinarily beautiful. The property includes several small islets, perfect for building homes eventually.
